Superdigital is a proudly untraditional creative agency focusing on content, social, digital, and influencer and not so much on making job descriptions. We work with brands, athletes, and the Mayor of Flavortown. We’re known for our work but loved for our passion. Sometimes, we make non-agency things like movies and podcasts too!

ABOUT THE ROLE
Superdigital is looking for an Associate Strategist with a sharp research mindset and the ability to translate insights into clear, compelling written narratives. This role is perfect for someone who loves research, cultural analysis, reporting, and data. You’ll support strategy across some of our biggest clients, helping shape how they show up on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and beyond.

If you’re equal parts curious and creative, love deep-diving into gaming and online trends, and want to help brands show up where people are actually paying attention—read on.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the development of social strategies (both organic & paid) across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging platforms
  • Monitor trending content, internet culture, and gaming moments—and share POVs on how brands should show up
  • Help build creative briefs rooted in cultural insights and platform behaviors
  • Assist in pulling data, tracking performance, and turning numbers into smart next steps
  • Collaborate with creative to review content to optimize for platform best practices

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, social media analytics, content strategy/placement (agency, brand, gaming org, or creator-led work all count!)
  • Gaming experience is a huge plus! —whether you’re into Twitch, esports, Discord, or just have a love for gaming community
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms and how they work (you can explain why TikTok hits different from YouTube Shorts)
  • Comfortable with research—whether that’s pulling insights from Reddit or diving into platform and social analytics
  • A solid communicator and possesses strong persuasive writing skills
  • Curious, organized, and always thinking about “what’s next”

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked on or around influencer/gaming creator partnerships
  • Can build a clean deck and tell a compelling story with it
  • Have used tools like Sprinklr, GWI, YPulse, or other analytics & listening platforms
