Job summary

Buffalo Exchange Ltd. in Nashville is seeking an Associate Manager to train and coach a fast-paced team while learning the art of buying and pricing fashion from customers. You’ll be involved in developing staff, pricing goods, and maintaining inventory while delivering great service.

You’ll keep up with current brands and trends, style in-store displays, and provide exceptional customer service in a supportive, energetic workplace with opportunities to promote.

Qualifications

• Retail or management experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service is a must.
• Experience in training or coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training, coaching and evaluating.
• Select and price clothing from customers and impact inventory daily by training your team and overseeing the buying process.
• Keep knowledge of current fashions, brands and price points up to date.
• Styling displays and store visuals.
• Operate our cash register by ringing up customers with cash and trade, plus training and overseeing register operators.
• Help build an amazing team by fielding applications and conducting interviews.
• Tagging and sorting clothing so it’s ready for its new home.
• Providing top notch customer service.
• Special projects and lots more!

As an Associate Manager, no two days are the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities:
