Job summary

Buffalo Exchange Ltd. is seeking an Associate Manager to join our dynamic resale team. You will assist the Store Manager with coaching, training and evaluating staff while overseeing daily buying and pricing of items from customers.

Expect energetic collaboration as you style displays and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will help manage inventory, supervise register operations, and participate in interviews to build a strong, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training, coaching and evaluating the team.
• Select and price clothing from customers and manage inventory with the team.
• Keep up-to-date on fashion trends, brands and price points.
• Create attractive store displays and visuals to reflect current styles.
• Operate the cash register and train other cashiers.
• Conduct interviews and help build a strong team for the store.
• Tag and sort clothing for display and sale.
• Provide top-notch customer service and drive store profitability.

As an Associate Manager, no two days are the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager with training, coaching and evaluating.
• Selecting and pricing a wide variety of quality, on-trend clothing directly from customers for the store. You’ll also impact your store’s inventory daily by training your team and overseeing the buying process!
• Keeping your knowledge of current fashions, brands and price points up to date.
• Styling displays and store visuals. Let your creativity shine!
• Operating our cash register by ringing up customers with cash and trade, plus training and overseeing register operators.
• Helping to build an amazing team for your store by fielding applications and conducting interviews.
• Tagging and sorting clothing so it’s ready for its new home.
• Providing top notch customer service. We go above and beyond for our clientele!
