J.Crew Group in Park City, UT is seeking an Associate Store Manager to lead a designated division, foster guest connections, and drive profitability. You will coach and develop teammates, ensure strong store operations, and participate in community engagement initiatives.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain brand standards, deliver exceptional service, and manage scheduling to meet business needs, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.

• Stay up to date with fashion trends.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, lift for product and carry at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Director to act as a shared business owner and maximize profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and management team to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Be able to step into varied roles on the sales floor when needed.
