Job summary

J.Crew Group invites applications for an Assistant Manager in Salt Lake City. You’ll be part of the leadership team, coaching sales staff and driving profitability through strong customer connections and brand loyalty.

You’ll help with recruiting, training, and daily operations while ensuring exceptional service and community engagement. You’ll oversee a designated division, lead store operations, and collaborate with the leadership team to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with lifting up to 40 pounds and being on the sales floor.
