J.Crew Group’s Scottsdale store seeks an Associate Manager to join the leadership team, focusing on profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You’ll coach, mentor, and help maximize team performance across multiple store functions.

You’ll partner with the Store Director, recruit and train staff, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining top-tier service and a vibrant, fashion-forward atmosphere in Scottsdale, AZ.

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
