A leading insurance company is seeking an Associate Staff or Staff Attorney for Workers' Compensation cases in California. This remote position requires a JD and offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for personal growth and CLE. The Staff/Sr. Staff Attorney is an in-house, fully remote position handling a designated caseload of Workers’ Compensation cases before the California Workers' Compensation Boards in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, Van Nuys, and Oxnard.
This role offers a collaborative learning environment with remote work and onsite appearances approximately 4 times annually in partnership with our Attorney Staff. Note: The position can be filled as a Staff Attorney or Senior Staff Attorney based on experience.
This is a remote position with travel 1-4 days per week within specified California locations. High-speed internet is required. We offer flexible arrangements and a business casual environment.
The annual base pay ranges from $81,840 to $172,200, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation includes potential bonuses, incentives, and recognition.
