Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Associate Specialist, TAG to support development, optimization, and formulation across Nestlé Nutrition and Health products. The role focuses on learning, data collection, analysis, and documentation within a regulated environment.

The position involves assisting with pilot plant trials, evaluating ingredients, and preparing technical reports while ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, and safety standards. Onsite at Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field related to food, chemistry, or engineering.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and product development activities preferred.
• Laboratory skills including data collection, basic analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for pilot plant activities related to TAG trials.
• Support pilot plant team to execute TAG trials with excellence.
• Assist in development projects of low complexity under supervision.
• Support DOE design of experiments for benchtop formulations.
