Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring an Associate Specialist, TAG, at the Nestlé Development Center in Bridgewater. The role supports development, optimization, and formulation across multiple formats to back our nutrition portfolio.

You will learn and assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting, perform pilot plant tasks, and help with DOE studies while ensuring regulatory and SOP compliance. This onsite position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field is required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments supporting formulation, process improvement, and commercialization is preferred.
• Laboratory experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for NDC Bridgewater pilot plant activities related to TAG trials.
• Support pilot plant trials with the Bridgewater team to execute TAG projects.
• Assist in low-complexity product development projects under supervision.
• Develop DOE designs for benchtop formulations to support R&I.
• Arrange sensory panels and summarize findings for review.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data; prepare technical reports.
