Job summary

JRC Integrated Systems is seeking an ASSO Analyst II to provide security oversight for TS/SCI and NATO programs. You will report to SSP SSO and work at the SSP HQ SCIF on the Washington Navy Yard, coordinating with government management to ensure secure operations and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes safeguarding sensitive information, conducting indoctrinations and inspections, and supporting security nominations and visitor control while interfacing with DoD stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of security experience and two (2) directly related to special security programs.
• Familiarity with the NISPOM, ICD 705, ICD 704.
• ICD 705 certification a plus; Site Security Manager certification a plus.
• Contractor personnel proposed/selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must possess a current Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop SCI policies and procedures.
• Oversee SCIF construction/modification and prepare Fixed Facility Checklists.
• Conduct indoctrinations, travel briefings, and debriefings; issue courier cards.
• Prepare, submit, and track SCI nominations.
• Conduct random and self-inspections; perform intrusion detection system tests.
• Manage visitor control and SCI clearance processes; maintain databases.
• Make initial eligibility determinations using DISS/Scattered Castles per policies.
• May perform other security functions to meet mission requirements.
