Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager for IT & Digital Procurement in Dallas. The role partners with IT leadership to craft and execute sourcing strategies that reduce costs, enhance supplier performance, and ensure policy compliance.

The candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate technology contracts, and support cross-functional teams across Legal, Risk, and Finance to achieve year-over-year savings while maintaining governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain, preferably IT procurement and technology sourcing.
• Experience negotiating technology contracts, including SaaS, Cloud Services, Software Licensing, Managed Services, and related technology contracts.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement best practices.
• Experience managing RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of software, hardware, and IT services procurement, including renewals, licensing models, volume discounts, and pricing structures.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners, Legal, Finance, Risk, and external suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT & Digital leadership to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with global business objectives.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing activities including strategic planning, scope development, RFx, supplier selection, contract execution, and compliance.
• Support sourcing initiatives across IT & Digital categories.
• Conduct spend analysis and data collection for market research and RFx development.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract structures with technology vendors.
• Assist in contract negotiations involving pricing, SLAs, performance metrics, breach remedies, and termination provisions.
• Manage and negotiate a range of technology agreements (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and related MSAs/SOWs/DPA/MNDA.
• Create sourcing documentation to support audits and drive continuous process improvements.
• Deliver year-over-year cost savings by leveraging enterprise IT spend through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Finance, and business partners to support sourcing initiatives.
