Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer for Manufacturing to support the Sales team by preparing and delivering software demonstrations. You will document processes, analyze workflows in manufacturing, distribution, or accounting, and act as a technical liaison between customers and the sales force.

You will collaborate with Product Managers on potential product development, assist in webinars, and travel up to 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent ERP exposure.
• Proven ability to support direct and channel sales.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry.
• Documented experience giving customer presentations or demonstrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

What you will be doing:

What you will likely bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience
• Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
• Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry
• Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
• Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).

Salary

Range: Minimum: $62,000 USD Maximum: $100,000 USD The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
