Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join the Systems Engineering team and help advance internal applications and services for biopharmaceutical clients. This role is ideal for a recent computer science graduate or early-career developer eager to learn and contribute in production environments.

You will collaborate across teams, write clean code in C# .NET, work with SQL Server, and gain experience with cloud platforms and development tools while supporting ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience of full-stack development in C# .NET Framework / Core, ASP.NET MVC / Razor, HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with IDEs (Visual Studio, VS Code) and version control (Git).
• Understanding of basic data structures and object-oriented development principles.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; CET/GMT business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Systems Engineering team in development, testing and maintenance of internal applications and services.
• Collaborate with project managers, business units and engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, test-driven and well-documented code.
• Contribute to testing, documentation and improved development processes.
• Provide technical support for systems within the Systems Engineering remit.

Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

Demonstrable experience of full-stack development in C# .NET Framework / Core, ASP.NET MVC / Razor, HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.

Familiarity with software development IDEs (e.g. Visual Studio and VS Code) and version control tools (e.g. Git).

Understanding of basic data structure and object-oriented development principles.

Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and good attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills, prioritisation skills and the ability work both independently and collaboratively.

Enthusiasm for keeping up to date with developments in process and software engineering methods and technologies.

Experience of 1- 2 Years is preferred Demonstrable experience in T-SQL and SQL Server.

Understanding and/or experience of cloud computing platforms (e.g. Azure or AWS).

Exposure to development management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps or Jira).

Knowledge of development methodologies (e.g. Scrum or Agile).

Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate).

Knowledge of computerised system validation concepts.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Must be available to work within CET / GMT business hours.
