Alianza is seeking a motivated graduate Software Engineer to join our team as an Associate Software Engineer. You will build a strong foundation in software engineering while contributing to meaningful projects that serve millions of users worldwide.

You'll work with experienced engineers who mentor and tailor a learning path to your needs, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and maintain high quality and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
• Interest in learning and applying AI-assisted tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug high-quality code across a diverse tech stack.
• Solve problems in languages ranging from Rust/C/C++ to Java/JavaScript and Python.
• Work with AI models to boost productivity and outputs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to accelerate learning and growth.
• Test software against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Take ownership of increasingly complex tasks with support as needed.
