Akkodis is seeking an Associate Software Engineer for a 12 Months Contract.

Rate Range: $30.00 - $35.00 P/HR.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to support and enhance workflow integrations within a mission-critical, high-volume processing platform. This role involves full lifecycle development using .NET, Java, and SQL, working in an Agile environment to implement client-specific requests and optimize operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enhance business requirements within enterprise-level applications.
• Participate in Agile Scrum development cycles, from design through testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug system issues, providing proactive technical solutions.
• Mentor peers and contribute to technical standards and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, including at least 1 year with C#.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience across the SDLC.
• Familiarity with Knockout or Angular is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative team environments.
