Array HQ builds software for high-volume hiring and frontline workforce operations, where AI agents take on repetitive work and people stay in the loop on the decisions that matter. We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer with about 2–3 years of professional experience who wants to own features from design through production: strong in Python and agent systems, comfortable on a .NET / React platform, and motivated by shipping AI products that hold up in production, not slide decks.
Compensation: $85,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experienceWork arrangement: Hybrid, based in Raleigh, NCReports to: Director of Software Engineering, on a team of 20 engineers
Python, Pydantic AI, and AGUI for agents and AI-facing experiences. .NET microservices, React, TypeScript, Azure, and SQL for the core platform. Expect roughly half of your time on agent work in Python and half on platform integration and features in .NET/React. The balance moves with the roadmap, but both are part of the job.
This role has a clear path to the next level as you take on larger projects with less guidance, lead technical decisions, and help shape how the team builds.
