Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is seeking an Associate Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for associates across the resort. You will operate on a continuous shuttle route, perform pre-shift inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and communicate effectively with the dispatcher to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to operate manual (standard) and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and safe operating practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely transportation for associates between designated work locations, parking locations, and associate housing.
  • Maintain continuous shuttle route throughout the property to ensure reliable transportation.
  • Complete vehicle inspections before each shift, document any damage, check fluid levels and tire condition, and report concerns to management.
  • Maintain clean, presentation-ready shuttle vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior.
  • Communicate professionally with the dispatcher and fellow drivers using hand-held radios.
  • Represent the resort through positive interactions and excellent customer service.

As an Associate Shuttle Driver, you play an essential role in keeping resort operations moving by providing safe, reliable transportation for associates between work locations, associate parking, and associate housing. Your professionalism, attention to safety, and commitment to exceptional service help create a seamless experience for every passenger while supporting a high-performing luxury resort environment. You will represent resort standards through safe driving practices, well-maintained vehicles, clear communication, and dependable service, ensuring associates arrive at their destinations safely and on time.

What You Will Create

  • You will provide safe, timely transportation for associates between designated work locations, parking locations, and associate housing while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
  • You will contribute to efficient daily operations by remaining on a continuous shuttle route throughout the property, ensuring reliable transportation services for associates.
  • You will promote a safe operating environment by completing vehicle inspections before each shift, documenting any damage, checking fluid levels and tire condition, and promptly reporting concerns to management.
  • You will maintain clean, presentation-ready shuttle vehicles by cleaning the interior and exterior to uphold luxury hospitality standards.
  • You will support seamless transportation operations through professional, courteous communication with the dispatcher and fellow drivers using hand-held radios.
  • You will represent the resort through positive interactions, excellent customer service, and respectful communication with every passenger.
  • You will perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support operational excellence and evolving business needs.
