Position Summary

• The Commercial Kitchen Service Technician reports to the Sr. Service Manager
• Located in Tampa, Fort Myers, or Titusville, Florida
• Full-Time

We are expanding our service team! The Associate Service Technician handles basic service, repair, and installation of foodservice equipment at customer sites. This role offers incentives, pay from door to door, and a tuition reimbursement program for certifications to advance into more senior technician roles. Ideal for individuals eager to learn and develop a career in foodservice equipment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Technician Support: Install, service, and repair foodservice equipment (mainly hot side); assist with diagnosing issues; apply technical knowledge to resolve problems.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct troubleshooting, manage inventory, ensure safety, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally, explain issues clearly.
• Documentation: Keep accurate service records and submit reports promptly.
• Training and Development: Engage in training, stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work with team members and seek guidance for learning.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and report concerns.

Qualifications & Experience
