Job summary

Smart Care is seeking an Associate Service Technician to service commercial kitchen equipment in Denver, CO. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and related equipment on-site.

You'll read diagrams, work with manufacturers, and install ordered parts while maintaining safety and accurate documentation. A high school diploma and 1 year of technical experience are required; company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to be involved in emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Availability for occasional overnight travel as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to service commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and read diagrams/schematics.
• Communicate with manufacturers for diagnoses and parts IDs.
• Install all ordered parts on-site and per policy.
• Maintain accurate work orders, time reporting, receipts, and inventory.
