Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions seeks a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to install, diagnose, and repair cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing equipment. You will read diagrams, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with manufacturers on complex diagnoses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or related military service.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation including nights/weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment including cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing and related equipment.
• Communicate with manufacturers as needed to aid diagnoses and parts identification.
• Install parts ordered for customers in a timely, professional manner per company policy.
• Generate accurate administrative documents such as work orders and time reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory of parts/tools.
• Follow safe work practices and adhere to accident prevention procedures.
