Job summary

Crash Champions is building a pipeline of service-driven individuals for its Associate Service Advisor Program (ASAP), a 7-9 month hands-on training program designed to develop the next generation of Service Advisors for future openings nationwide.

As part of the program, you will write high-quality repair estimates, educate customers on timelines and insurance processes, guide them through the repair experience with professionalism, and help maintain DRP relationships while supporting total

I'm Todd, the Sr. Manager of Talent Programs for the Crash Champions STEP Body Technician Apprentice Program, where I get to do what I love most, which is help people grow their skills and launch rewarding careers in collision repair. I've been in the industry for over 20 years, working everywhere from independently owned body shops to major insurance companies like Progressive and State Farm.
