You will also assist in evaluating, structuring, and executing senior debt transactions for both buy-side and sell-side opportunities, and serve as a key market intelligence source.Syndication responsibilities include: creating syndication marketing materials and due diligence packages; communicating with deal team members, corporate executives, private equity clients, bank investors, and other private credit partners; collecting market feedback by vetting proposed transactions with prospective lenders; managing deal data sites and bank group administration.Market intelligence responsibilities include: maintaining awareness of up-to-date market information on transactions, key terms, and key players; assisting in creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly capital markets updates; maintaining new loan issuance databases.Origination and structuring responsibilities include supporting capital committee approval processes, performing capital markets due diligence, and assisting in drafting indicative term sheets.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in banking, finance, credit, or capital markets, with strong corporate finance skills, experience generating marketing materials, and familiarity with the leveraged loan market.Apply for this Position
