Role Description

The Associate/Senior Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some work from home. This position supports transaction and growth strategy engagements, including market, competitive, and customer analyses for investors and corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative research, developing financial and operational insights, and preparing clear, concise deliverables such as presentations and reports. The Associate/Senior Associate collaborates closely with project leads and client teams, participates in internal discussions on findings and recommendations, and contributes to the refinement of frameworks and tools used across Arnovia's projects. The role also involves managing workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs within tight timelines, and supporting business development activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and structured research.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives and recommendations, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with common business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data sets, market reports, and industry databases.
• Experience in consulting, investment analysis, corporate strategy, or related fields; exposure to Aerospace, Defense, Energy, or Government Services is a plus.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
