Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Contract: ASAP - 12/28/2026, with possible extension

Pay Rate: Up to $29/hr on W2

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate - SCM Logistics to support supply chain and logistics operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for receiving, distribution, inventory control, materials management, transportation, warehousing, storage, records management, and logistics transaction support.

The position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, customer service, and the ability to manage high-volume requests while maintaining accuracy, safety, security, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, distribution, inventory control, warehousing, storage, and materials management activities.
• Coordinate the movement and distribution of materials and medical products throughout the organization.
• Research and resolve invoice, receipt, shipping, proof-of-delivery, and transaction discrepancies.
• Support order fulfillment, critical orders, expediting, returns, and specialty logistics requests.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding expediting, returns, shipment issues, and invoice/receipt problems.
• Handle high-volume inquiries through phone, email, mail, and other communication channels.
• Research aged items, shipping methods, proof of delivery, and other logistics transactions.
• Assist with the distribution of medical products, controlled substances, and hazardous materials in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Use reports and multiple information sources to maintain data integrity and transaction accuracy.
• Identify recurring processing delays and collaborate with stakeholders on root-cause resolution and continuous improvement.
• Support SCM projects, process improvement initiatives, and other operational activities as assigned.
• Follow applicable safety, security, regulatory, and governmental requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, Warehouse, Inventory, or Business-related experience.
• OR Associate's Degree and 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Experience with logistics, receiving, distribution, inventory, warehouse, materials, or supply chain operations.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems and information sources.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and transaction reconciliation.
• Ability to work an overnight schedule and work onsite in Rochester, MN.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare or hospital Supply Chain Management / Materials Management experience.
• Experience handling medical supplies, inventory, controlled substances, or hazardous materials.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, order management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, vendor coordination, returns, expediting, and proof-of-delivery processes.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement and process optimization.
