Position: Medical Supply Chain Specialist (Full‑time, Early morning shift)
Schedule options: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm or 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of a medical supply chain, from receiving to shipping, within a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing all medical supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure the best pricing and delivery schedules.
- Implement supply chain optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize freight management systems to track shipments and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Comply with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to medical supply chain management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Handle any supply chain issues that arise, such as delays in delivery or damage to goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain management, preferably in the medical field (open to all warehouse experience).
- Proven experience in receiving, shipping, freight management, and order fulfillment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret supply chain data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
