Nulixir Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an Associate Scientist to drive the development of beverages using our proprietary nanovesicle technology. You will work with a small team to translate customer briefs into new functional products and advance the science behind our IP.

The role emphasizes hands-on experimentation, collaboration with researchers, and bringing projects to commercialization to enable higher revenue for the company.

Qualifications

• Nanotechnology, materials science, chemical engineering and nanoparticle synthesis knowledge.
• Familiarity with liquid-state nanoparticle synthesis and related characterization techniques.
• Track record of publications or presentations indicating recognition by peers.
• Interest in joining an early-stage start-up and willingness to be coached.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of new beverage products leveraging Nulixir nanovesicle technology.
• Collaborate with scientists to conduct experiments and optimize formulations.
• Lead customer projects from brief to commercialization to help drive revenue.
• Work in a fast-paced start-up environment and communicate results clearly.
