Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 1–3 years of lab experience.
• Basic understanding of pH, osmolality, conductivity, HPLC, LC-MS.
• Experience with record-keeping and documentation.
• Familiarity with oligonucleotide manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support oligonucleotide synthesis method development, optimization and scale-up.
• Execution of in-process analytical testing.
• Working with research and process scientists to develop robust processes for novel chemistries.
