Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Neuroscience or Immunology with 4+ years of experience, or Master’s with 1+ year.
• Experience with multi-color flow cytometry and cell-based assays.
• Strong data analysis, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments; interpret and communicate results to project teams.
• Maintain audit-ready notebooks and adhere to SOPs.
• Stay current with scientific advancements and technologies relevant to the role.
• Troubleshoot experiments and develop robust controls for data quality.
• Present findings in internal forums and contribute to manuscripts.
• Support general lab operations and data reporting.
