Job summary

Pace Life Sciences is seeking a Research & Development Associate Scientist 1 to support CCIT programs in a Lebanon, NJ laboratory. The role focuses on foundational CCIT analysis, data review, and documentation following SOPs to ensure accurate results and compliant reporting.

You will oversee testing activities, calibrate equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Understanding of standard testing tools, instruments, and calibration.
• Computer applications and systems related to the work.
• Principles and practices to serving as an effective project team member.
• Methods to communicate with staff, coworkers, and customers to ensure safe, effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides fundamental analysis in support of standard CCIT testing using CCIT instrumentation; follows SOPs.
• Provides fundamental review, analysis, interpretation, and documentation of testing results.
• Oversees and processes CCIT forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Analyzes CCIT data to identify trends and presents results and recommendations to management.
• Ensures accuracy of tests, equipment, and procedures through audits and operational reviews; resolves discrepancies as needed.
• Cleans, maintains, prepares, and calibrates equipment and samples.
• Interprets and applies department policies and procedures as required.
• Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service by participating in a work team.
• Promotes the mission of Pace Analytical by professional interaction with customers and staff.
