Job summary

Pace® Life Sciences is seeking a Research & Development Associate Scientist I for Lebanon, NJ, to perform and oversee Container Closure Integrity Testing analysis in a dynamic lab. You will document results, support instrument calibration, and ensure data quality in a compliant environment.

Applicants should have an Associate's degree (or higher) with engineering or physics background and be prepared for a full-time, onsite role offering $23.00–$26.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of standard CCIT testing tools, instruments, and calibration.
• Ability to prepare reports and document testing results.
• Willingness to train and work in a regulated lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide or oversee CCIT analysis and testing following SOPs.
• Review, analyze, interpret, and document testing results.
• Maintain, calibrate, and audit CCIT equipment and databases.
• Identify trends and communicate findings to management.
