Job Description

Complete all training promptly; work with experienced analysts/mentors performing tasks related to Bio/pharmaceutical ingredients and products; prepare standards and samples, operate equipment independently or with guidance; ensure quality data delivery by reviewing laboratory data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Apply GMP/GLP standards in all responsibilities.
  2. Maintain high quality standards.
  3. Provide excellent client service, teamwork, and collaboration.
  4. Plan and multitask to maximize productivity.
  5. Perform laboratory operations with accuracy and precision.
  6. Prepare reagents, samples, and standards according to procedures.
  7. Document testing and results clearly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations.
  8. Perform calculations as required by test methods.
  9. Utilize computers for data access, calculations, and reporting.
  10. Understand and follow analytical procedures and SOPs.
  11. Use MS Office applications for report generation and communication.
  12. Process data, generate reports, evaluate data.
  13. Communicate effectively in writing and orally.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  15. Occasional overtime as workload requires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related field; no prior lab experience required.
  • Legal ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Good dexterity, positive attitude, solution-driven, organized, and safety-conscious.
  • Attention to detail, sound scientific logic, good communication skills.
  • Understanding of instrumentation, client-focused, organized.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision after training, handle multitasking.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Applicants should reside within commuting distance of Lancaster, PA. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays. All information will be kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
