Job summary

LGC Biosearch Technologies is seeking an Associate Production Scientist to manufacture competent cells across product lines and support development of new products. You will work within ISO 13485 quality systems and contribute to process improvements, data recording, and collaboration with the production team.

The role emphasizes adhering to procedures, performing QC, and delivering high-quality documentation while learning and following PPE and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years lab experience with biological materials and equipment.
• Experience with standard lab equipment (e.g. pH meters, conductivity meters, pipettes).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manufacture electrocompetent and chemically competent cells.
• Prepare and perform QC on completed cell batches.
• Support production to meet the production plan and customer requirements.
• Follow ISO 13485 quality management system documentation practices.
• Document data with good documentation practices.
