Job summary

Responsibilities include designing and executing cell-based assays, managing xenograft and syngeneic models, dosing via IP/IV/PO/SC, data analysis, and strict record keeping, with ~80% in vitro and 20% in vivo.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' hands-on experience developing and running cell-based assays.
• Experience with in vivo tumor models (xenograft and/or syngeneic) required.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills (GraphPad Prism).
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and troubleshoot cell-based assays; manage cell banks.
• Manage day-to-day in vivo tumor efficacy studies and dosing.
• Maintain accurate study records and assist IACUC documentation.
• Collaborate with directors and project teams; communicate results clearly.
