Job summary

A leading recruiting firm is seeking a candidate with expertise in flow cytometry and cell culture to coordinate sample requests and perform various immune assays. The role requires knowledge of immunology and laboratory techniques, including immunophenotyping and assay development for pre-clinical samples. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory in vitro assays and will contribute to scientific projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating sample requests and shipments.
• Familiar with PBMC purification and immune cell isolation.
• Proficient in FlowJo data analysis and various immune assays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample request, shipment, and receiving.
• Perform immunophenotyping of pre-clinical samples with flow cytometry.
• Conduct in vitro assay development for pharmacodynamic markers.
• In addition, the successful candidate will conduct in vitro assay development to evaluate target expression, pharmacodymanic marker and immune mechanistic safety assay development of human and pre‑clinical species.

Job Description:

• Coordinate sample request, shipment and receiving, pre‑clinical species PBMC purification, immune cell isolation, antibody staining, flow cytometry, FlowJo data analysis, cell culture, immune cell activation and various immune phenotyping and functional assays.
• Possible ELISA and qPCR.
• The candidate should have basic immunology knowledge and laboratory in vitro cell‑based assay experience.
• Will use scientific knowledge and skills to perform immunophenotyping of pre‑clinical samples with flow cytometry, immune cell purification with antibody enrichment and flow cytometry sorting.
• In addition, the successful candidate will conduct in vitro assay development to evaluate target expression, pharmacodymanic marker and immune mechanistic safety assay development of human and pre‑clinical species.
