Job summary

Avsar Construction Development, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Scheduler to support project delivery through schedule development, analysis, and reporting.

You will work with project managers and contractors to review, analyze, and maintain construction schedules, ensuring alignment with scope, milestones, and performance objectives. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in construction scheduling, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office, and a bachelor's degree in a related

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in construction scheduling.
• Experience supporting multiple projects within a program environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor Primavera P6 baseline schedules and identify gaps.
• Analyze cost loading and provide written schedule review comments.
• Review monthly updates and document milestone slippage and critical path movement.
• Create filters, layouts, bar charts, and reports using Primavera P6.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor submittals for conformance to scope and guidelines.
• Develop Earned Value curves and schedule performance metrics.
• Prepare dashboards and assist scheduling management with reporting needs.
