Make the Process Work — and Take Pride in Getting it Right
We’re looking for an Associate Salvage Analyst who takes pride in careful, consistent work and enjoys being the person who helps a proven process run smoothly. If you like clear procedures, close attention to detail, and the quiet satisfaction of getting things right, this role may be a great fit. At MAST, LLC, accuracy, dependability, and steady execution matter. Our work supports important decisions for insurance partners, and we rely on team members who are comfortable applying sound judgment within a structured workflow.
As an Associate Salvage Analyst, you’ll use our existing auction management software to review vehicle information, assess market activity, and support salvage forecasting decisions. This is not a “tear it all down and rebuild it” kind of role. Instead, it is about learning our approach, applying it consistently, and helping maintain the quality standards our partners count on.
You’ll spend your time working through assigned evaluations, documenting observations, comparing relevant data points, and making thoughtful recommendations based on established guidelines. The best fit for this position is someone who is patient, focused, and maybe even a little proud of a well‑organized checklist.
Founded in 2009, MAST, LLC supports auto insurers by helping evaluate damaged vehicles and forecast their likely performance at salvage auction. Our work happens behind the scenes, but it plays an important role in helping claims teams make timely, accurate, and well‑supported decisions.
We provide training for the right candidate and are looking for someone who can become dependable within our process. Success in this role comes from developing subject‑matter knowledge, staying organized, following procedures carefully, and communicating clearly when questions or unusual situations pop up.
If you are looking for a stable, detail‑focused analyst role where your consistency and accuracy contribute directly to client confidence, we would like to hear from you.
