Job summary

IFC seeks a Salesforce Solutions Architect to shape the technical direction of the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and FSC. You will lead architectural design, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver reusable, scalable solutions.

The role requires MBA-level leadership in integration, security, DevOps, and governance, with a focus on regulated environments and reliable enterprise data sharing.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience within Financial Services.
• Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC.
• Experience designing enterprise Salesforce architectures.
• Strong integration and security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Cloud offerings including FSC.
• Lead complex implementations and integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Define and govern Salesforce architecture standards and security controls.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions aligned with objectives.
• Own the technical roadmap and upgrade strategy across environments.
• Mentor teams, facilitate design workshops, and support sprint planning.
