Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Associate Sales Representative (Joint Replacement) to support the promotion and sale of Stryker products. You will assist salespeople, conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, and help drive territory development while maintaining clear communication with the sales team.

Responsibilities include on-site problem solving, educating medical staff, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree OR Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) and minimum 2 years related experience.
• High School Diploma and minimum 4 years related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service.

• Assist confident, competitive and results oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.
• Assist with business development activities, track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
• On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by territory needs, to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous customer support.
• Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise and readiness.

As a Joint Replacement Sales Associate, you work as part of a sales team learning and honing your sales skills. You support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in both surgical and office environments. Youmonitorterritory development andmaintainclear communication with the sales team. Our mission-driven Sales Associates will be a part of delivering outstanding customer service byassistingthe Sales Representative to surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks.

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s DegreeOR Medical Certification (i.e.CST, PT, CPT etc.) AND minimum 2 years of related experience
• High School Diploma AND minimum 4 years of related experience
• Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service

Preferred:

• Medical related fields or B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated team leadership experience
• Sales or marketing internship
• Collegiate extracurricular experience (e.g., student-athletes, student government, fraternity/sorority leadership, etc.)demonstratingdiscipline, teamwork, and leadership

Additionalinformation:

• This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Fluency in written and spoken Englishrequired
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

$60,100.00 - $70,000.00 salary and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.

Travel Percentage: 30%
