Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Preferred experience in Joint Replacement or Robotics.
• 2+ years of sales or technical training experience.
• Knowledge of relevant products, disease states, human anatomy and biomechanics.
• Experience in Mako Robotics.
• Group facilitation, adult learning methodologies, or presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual sales education programs on products, procedures, and sales processes.
• Coordinate training program logistics, including course preparation, participant communications, prerequisite verification, and event execution.
• Develop and deliver educational content in partnership with sales education, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to support the creation and delivery of training materials.
• Evaluate participant performance using established assessment methods and document training outcomes.
• Analyze participant and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in educational programs.
