We are partnering with a leading ortho company to recruit Associate Sales Consultants to support medical device sales in Trauma, Spine, Joint Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about surgical procedures and develop skills in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting sales objectives and customer retention efforts.
  2. Assisting surgeons during procedures with clinical and product support.
  3. Demonstrating and ensuring proper use of products.
  4. Supporting hospital billing, managing purchase orders, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  5. Providing insights and preparing reports to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintaining product knowledge and ensuring the availability of promotional materials.
  7. Adhering to legal, ethical, and quality standards.
  8. Analyzing product performance and supporting new product implementations.

Requirements include:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant medical or clinical fields.
  2. Experience in orthopedic sales, clinical, surgical, or hospital environments.
  3. Strong problem-solving, technical knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently in a clinical setting, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and wearing protective gear.
  5. Competencies in planning, communication, critical thinking, and customer-focused selling skills.
