Parsons is seeking an Associate Roadway Engineer to join our team. You will support major infrastructure projects, working with a world-class engineering team to analyze designs and prepare drawings per DOT criteria.

Collaborate on highway geometry, 3D road models, and technical reports while managing multiple tasks with a focus on career growth. The role emphasizes strong communication, CAD proficiency, and a proactive approach to developing new skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of CAD and engineering software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare roadway designs, calculations, and drawings per criteria.
• Develop geometric design of highways and roads (horizontal/vertical alignment).
• Develop 3D road models using Open Roads or Civil 3D.
• Prepare technical reports, contract docs, quantity takeoffs, and schedules.
