Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Associate degree considered with strong electronics background.
• Understanding of electronics principles, circuitry, math, and testing methods.
• Experience in RF, electronics, oscillator, PCB assembly, testing or related fields.
• Ability to mentor activities and support design or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work on oven-controlled crystal oscillators and RF components.
• Test, troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level.
• Modify circuits based on engineering instructions and customer specs.
• Document testing, troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized lab environment.
• Solder, repair and test electronic components and PCBs.
• Adhere to ISO quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
