Job summary

Job Location: This position is based in Attleboro, Massachusetts, a vibrant community located between Boston, MA and Providence, RI. The area offers convenient access to major metropolitan amenities, diverse dining and recreation options, and is within easy reach of New England’s beaches, parks, and cultural attractions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform the duties of an R&D Engineer, including design, development, testing, characterization, and documentation of new and existing RF products.
• Support R&D in the execution of advanced development projects and strategic technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Marketing teams to support product development and problem resolution.
• Act as 2nd level support for customer inquiries by providing technical information and supporting engineering evaluations.
• Contribute to development projects while ensuring compliance with established project management and documentation procedures.
• Develop specialized expertise in assigned technical areas and actively pursue continuous learning and professional growth.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing activities, technical training sessions, and engineering workshops.
• Support laboratory activities including test setup, product characterization, data analysis, and prototype evaluation.

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering: Required
• RF and Microwave Engineering Fundamentals: Required
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint): Required
• CAD and Simulation Software (Solidworks, Ansys): Preferred
• Laboratory Equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, etc.): Preferred
