Schneider Downs is seeking an Associate Retirement Plan Advisor to provide onsite advice, education, and enrollment assistance to retirement plan clients, and to communicate with plan sponsors regarding investment menu oversight and participant metrics. You will also support SDWMA relationship managers with presentations, client inquiries, and research of investment vehicles.

Schneider Downs Wealth Management Advisors (SDWMA), an affiliate of Schneider Downs, is a Registered Investment Advisor specializing in investment advisory services and personal financial planning for high‑net‑worth individuals, as well as investment advisory service to retirement plans, including investment menu design and oversight, investment analysis, financial planning, and general education for retirement plan participants.
As an Associate Retirement Plan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing onsite advice, education, and enrollment assistance to our retirement plan clients, as well as communicate with designated plan sponsors representatives with respect to investment menu oversight, participant metrics, and coordinating employee and employer meetings. In this role, you will also provide support to the SDWMA Relationship Managers, including, but not limited to, the development of presentations, responding to client requests and inquiries, and research of investment vehicles.
