Job summary

TIAA is seeking an Associate Retirement Income Consultant (ARIC) to educate clients on retirement income options and provide guidance on qualified and non-qualified investments. The role focuses on inbound calls and follow-up with clients, prospects, and internal partners to build trusted relationships.

In this role you will manage lifetime income applications, identify referral opportunities, and help clients open and fund accounts while ensuring licensing deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience; 3+ preferred.
• FINRA: Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Life and Health Insurance License required within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from clients and prospects.
• Provide product and investment education to implement retirement income solutions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Ensure smooth client transition into retirement by supporting lifetime income applications.
• Document interactions and communicate with partners.
