Job Summary

Responsible for the daily operation of in vitro ADME assays, high-volume tuning of compounds on mass spectrometers (MS), bioanalysis of ADME assay samples, maintaining solutions for assays, and the preparation and formatting of compounds in assay-ready format.

Good understanding of laboratory equipment, automation, and LCMS software is desirable.

Able to work in a team-based drug discovery/development environment is essential.

Education & Experience

BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline with 0-3 years of experience is desired. Demonstrated strong understanding of bioanalysis utilizing LC-MS, with emphasis on high throughput in vitro ADME sample analysis in the drug discovery setting.
