Role Description

As an Associate Research Consultant, you will build relationships with key decision-makers in commercial real estate, curate property listings for visibility on our platform, and capture market-critical information to support high-impact business decisions. This position is in-office, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to building an accurate and complete commercial real estate database.
2. Make 50+ inbound and outbound calls daily to real estate professionals for data collection.
3. Investigate property listings, sales, leases, ownership, and construction data.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients and help them market their properties.
5. Analyze market trends and collaborate with regional teams to qualify data.

Basic Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
• 8+ months experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 365.
• Flexibility to work shifts aligned with various U.S. time zones.
• Strong academic performance in college.

Preferred Qualifications

• Curiosity, persistence, and investigative skills.
• Success in meeting performance metrics.
• Experience communicating with clients and partners.
• Ability to develop client relationships and conduct effective interviews.
