Job summary

Kohl's seeks an Associate Relations Advisor to handle all associate relations issues, conduct data analysis, and educate managers on best practices. You will act as a subject matter expert, coach cross-functional leaders, and guide communications plans for impacted associates.

You’ll document cases, identify trends, and partner with leadership to implement best practices that reduce issue recurrence. This role requires discretion and strong collaboration across teams in a hybrid work environment.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for associate relations inquiries and concerns.
• Provide coaching to cross-functional leadership.
• Lead performance conversations and draft counseling plans with follow-ups.
• Collaborate with business partners for associate relations information.
