• Three (3) years of experience in higher education registrar functions.
• Experience with student information systems (SIS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic records, enrollment, progression, graduation, and awards processes.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements.
• Lead and support the Registrar in policy implementation and reporting.
• Coordinate with Advising, Admissions, Financial Aid, and other units to support student success.
• Manage SIS operations and ensure data integrity and security.
• Drive process improvement and digital transformation within the registrar's office.
