Position Summary
Provides operational leadership for the Registrar’s Office, overseeing student records, systems, processes, and services to ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and a positive student experience. Works with the Student Information System ( SIS ), including system configuration and performance, student record creation and maintenance, and support of related systems. Leads process improvement initiatives and works with campus stakeholders to enhance data integrity, operational effectiveness, protected student data practices, and academic space utilization. Coordinates with campus offices to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of student enrollment and academic performance in accordance with applicable regulations. Performs complex administrative functions and interprets FERPA requirements related to the release of student information. Assists students, faculty, and staff with academic policy issues overseen by the Registrar’s Office and exercises professional judgment in making exceptions to established policies and procedures when appropriate.
